If you’re looking to enjoy a dynamic dining experience, there’s no better restaurant than Carnivale. With Latin cuisine, vibrant colored walls, and dance-inspiring sounds, you’ll feel like dancing even if you don’t know how.Before you’ve had a chance to indulge your tastes, the restaurant stimulates your other senses. The restaurant makes a bold statement with its bright red entrance and multicolored sign. Inside showcases the same burst of color. There are paintings with blurred shades of red, pink, green, and yellow, as well as a ceiling piece of bright colored tiles. Even the light fixtures offer interchanging red and yellow tops; similar to a circus tent.While the dcor is already impressive, you’ll be more blown away by the cuisine. All menu items originate from Latin culture. During lunch, Carnivale dishes include the Yucatan Chicken Soup (with ingredients like avocado and roasted chiles) as well as the Roasted Vegetable Sandwich (including portabella mushrooms, lemon aioli, piquillo peppers, and more). However, if the previous dishes don’t suite your tastes, they are only 2 of 19 lunch specials.For dinner, the menu holds a bigger selection of Latin delicacies. One of our favorites is the Pernil; paired with fried plantains, beans, and Puerto Rican rice, this rum pork dish is scrumptious. Other mouth-watering choices include the Gnocchi (ricotta dumplings) and Pollo Estilo Billy (chicken rubbed with spices).Topped with a Raspberry Mojito or a Carnivale Margarita, and a little Latin music, you’re on your way to one great night!
